This home is believed to have been built by William Wisner, relative of Johannes Weisner sometime before 1770. William R. Wisner lived here his entire life( 87yrs.) and raised eight children here according to the Bellvale Rising Star. One of his daughters, Fanny, married John R. Buckbee. The home is still very much like it was then except for a kitchen addition to the rear of the home.
